Food Vendor Application

We are honored to have you as a vendor for the first of its kind radically accessible music festival! Because we want our guests to have a rarity of vendors to explore, and 2020 was a difficult year for all, we are waiving all vendor fees. Should you have a highly successful experience, you can always make a tax-deductible donation later.

Shine Music Festival / Levitt Pavilion Rules

  1. Vending spaces are 10×20
  2. No stakes are allowed. Tents must be weighted adequately. City recommends 40lb minimum on each corner of a 10×10 tent. 
  3. Generator access will be available at cost to vendor. Pricing coming.
  4. This will be a rain or shine event.
  5. Please be fully setup by 11am. Early access entry is 11:30am with general public entry at 12:00pm. You may “close” at 7:00pm & teardown can start at 7:30pm.
  6. You may not sell
  • Alcohol
  • Bottled water or soda
  • Cannabis products containing THC
  • Illegal substances or products
  • Weapons
  1. Food Vendors must be present at their designated location throughout the event to sell their product personally. Vendors may not leave their assigned spaces to sell, solicit, or distribute information. You may only operate/sell within your assigned space.
  2. All vendors agree to abide by all policies, procedures, guidelines, and operations relating to Shine Music Festival. Shine Music Festival, Levitt Pavilion nor any staff or volunteers are held responsible for any damages or losses.
  3. All vendors a required to submit a certificate of insurance naming Shine Music Festival, 29562 Rainbow Hill Rd, Evergreen CO 80439 as certificate holder and as additional insured showing liability coverage for $1,000,000.00 incidental and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate. This insurance policy must list the following information in the “Additional insured” Box: Shine Music, Levitt Pavilion And their officers, members, volunteers, staff & agents, The City and County of Denver, its elected and appointed officials, employees and volunteers, the state of Colorado, and the owners of any Shine Music related property as additional insured’s.
  4. All vendors must have a mobile retail license.
  5. For consistency, each vendor will have a 3×6 banner made with their logo and menu items. Marvel Signs is providing at cost for $75. All graphics/text are due by July 10th. Banners will be delivered to event.
